【摘要】:Leakageofgasorliquidfromapressurizedsystem,whetherthroughacrack,orifice,sealbreak,orotheropening,mayinvolveturbulentorcavitationalflow,whichgeneratesacousticenergyinboththeexternalatmosphereandthesystempressureboundary.Acousticenergytransmittedthroughthepressureboundarycanbedetectedatadistancebyusingasuitableacousticemissionsensor.Withproperselectionoffrequencypassband,sensitivitytoleaksignalscanbemaximizedbyeliminatingbackgroundnoise.Atlowfrequencies,generallybelow100kHz,itispossibleforaleaktoexcitemechanicalresonanceswithinthestructurethatmayenhancetheacousticsignalsusedtodetectleakage.Thispracticeisnotintendedtoprovideaquantitativemeasureofleakrates.1.1Thispracticedescribesapassivemethodfordetectingandlocatingthesteadystatesourceofgasandliquidleakingoutofapressurizedsystem.Themethodemployssurface-mountedacousticemissionsensors(fornon-contactsensorsseeTestMethodE1002),orsensorsattachedtothesystemviaacousticwaveguides(foradditionalinformation,seeTerminologyE1316),andmaybeusedforcontinuousin-servicemonitoringandhydrotestmonitoringofpipingandpressurevesselsystems.Highsensitivitiesmaybeachieved,althoughthevaluesobtainabledependonsensorspacing,backgroundnoiselevel,systempressure,andtypeofleak.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.SIunitsareprovidedforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

适用范围
本标准是对LY 1201-1997《草坪割草机 安全规程》的修订。
本标准自实施之日起代替LY 1201-1997。
本标准规定了以汽油机为动力的后步进式草坪割草机在使用时的一般性安全要求、准备工作安全要求、操作安全要求和保养与贮存安全要求。
本标准适用于以汽油机为动力的后步进式草坪割草机。
本标准与LY 1201-1997相比主要变化如下：
1)将标准名称由原来的“草坪割草机 安全规程”改为“后步进式草坪割草机 使用安全规程”，以避免与LY 1202.5的标准名称混淆；
2在标准范围中明确规定：“本标准规定了以汽油机为动力的后步进行式草坪割草要在使用时的一般性安全要求、准备工作安全要求、操作安全要求和保养与贮存安全要求；
3)删除了原2.1.4、2.3.1和2.3.21的内容；
4)增加了2.2的内容；
5)修改并整合了原2删除了原2.1.2、2.1.3、2.2.3、2.3.10、2.3.19、2.3.20和2.4.5的内容。
