【摘要】:ThispartofISO1179specifiesdimensions,performancerequirementsandtestproceduresforstudendswithISO228-1threadsandmetal-to-metalsealingforgeneraluseonly.Thesestudendsshouldnotbeusedforleak-freehydraulicfluidpowerapplications.StudendsinaccordancewiththispartofISO1179maybeusedatworkingpressuresupto40MPa(400bar)fortheSseries,upto25MPa(250bar)fortheLseries,andupto10MPa(100bar)fortheLLseries.Thepermissibleworkingpressuredependsuponsize,materials,design,workingconditions,application,etc.ConformancetothedimensionalinformationinthispartofISO1179doesnotguaranteeratedperformance.EachmanufacturershallperformtestsaccordingtothespecificationcontainedinthispartofISO1179inordertoensurethatcomponentsmadetothispartofISO1179complywiththeperformanceratings.NOTE1ThispartofISO1179appliestoconnectorsdetailedinISO8434-1andISO8434-2.NOTE2TheintroductionofthispartofISO1179givesrecommendationsforportsandstudendstobeusedfornewdesignsinhydraulicandpneumaticfluidpowerapplications.
