【摘要】:ThispartofISO15181specifiestheapparatusandanalyticalmethodfordeterminingtheamountofpyridinetriphenylborane(PTPB)thathasbeenreleasedfromanantifoulingpaintintoartificialseawaterinaccordancewiththeproceduregiveninISO15181-1.ItdeterminesthePTPBconcentrationintheartificialseawaterextractandgivesthefinalcalculationforthereleaserateofPTPBunderthespecifiedlaboratoryconditions.ThispartofISO15181isdesignedtoallowtheconcurrentdeterminationofPTPBandotherbiocidesthatcanbereleasedbyagivenantifoulingpaint(forexamplezineb)throughtheanalysisofseparatesub-samplesofanartificialseawaterextractgeneratedinaccordancewiththeproceduregiveninISO15181-1.WhenusedinconjunctionwithISO15181-1,thepracticallimitsonthequantitativemeasurementofreleaseratesbythismethodarefrom1,8μg?cm?2?d?1to500μg?cm?2?d?1.Thequantitativemeasurementofreleaseratesbelowthisrangewillrequiretheconcentrationstepdescribedinthelastparagraphin8.2ortheuseofananalyticalmethodwithalimitofquantitationforPTPBinartificialseawaterwhichislowerthanthelimitspecifiedinClause3andin5.1.

【摘要】:Eithertestmethodmaybeusedtodeterminetheconcentrationsofdiethyleneglycolinethyleneglycol.Theconcentrationsofthecomponentsareobtainedbyanormalizationtechnique,basedontheassumptionthatallcomponentsareelutedundertheconditionsused.Ifallcomponentsshouldnotbeeluted,thecalculatedconcentrationswillbeerroneouslyhigh,withthemajorcomponentshowingthemostsignificantabsoluteerror.Sincewaterisnotdetectedbytheseprocedures,theresultsareonawater-freebasis.WatermaybedeterminedinaccordancewiththeapplicablesectionsofTestMethodsE202andthegaschromatographicresultscorrectedforthewaterconcentration.Bothtestmethodsarecurrentlyinindustrialuse.TestMethodAisthesimplerofthetwotestmethodsbecauseitdoesnotrequirethepreparationofderivativespriortogaschromatographicanalysis.TheresultsobtainedbyTestMethodAareslightlymoreaccuratethanthoseobtainedbyTestMethodB.Withrespecttoprecisionthereisnosignificantdifferencebetweenthetwotestmethods.TestMethodBhasbeenreportedtobesuitablealsofortheanalysisofawidevarietyofglycolethers,butthisuseisbeyondthescopeofthisstandard.1.1Thesetestmethodsareintendedprimarilyfortheanalysisofmixturesofethyleneanddiethyleneglycolsinwhichthediethyleneglycolconcentrationis0.1%orless.Bothtestmethodsshouldbeapplicabletohigherconcentrationsofdiethyleneglycol,butprecisionandbiasestimateshavebeenobtainedonlyfor0.05to0.1%diethyleneglycol.Note1TestMethodsE202describeanothergaschromatographictestmethodapplicabletomixturesofethylene,diethylene,andtriethyleneglycolsandmixturesofpropylene,dipropylene,andtripropyleneglycolsinwhichoneoftheglycolsistheprincipalcomponentandtheothertwoarepresentinconcentrationsof0.1to1%each.1.2Thetwotestmethodsaregivenasfollows:SectionsTestMethodA-NonderivativeMethod5to13TestMethodB-DerivativeMethod14to22
